OKSO I’ve been making this recipe a lot lately for dinner and then eating the leftovers throughout the week as lunches! I don’t have a specific name for it but it’s an Italian Sausage Peppers and Onion Pasta in a yummy Arrabbiata Vodka sauce! :)
I’ll be honest in that I use a jar sauce, HOWEVER I tested this recipe with a bunch of different jar sauces and found the best one that I personally liked, which was Frederik’s by Meijer! Another good sauce to use is the Rao’s Vodka Arrabbiata sauce, however I just felt that that one was lacking in depth like the Frederik’s sauce has. Also, the Frederik’s sauce was much nicer to build on by adding additional seasonings and ingredients to fully expand the flavor profile. :)
